    대만 Raystat社의 6월 News Letter를 업데이트합니다. 이번 소식에는 10.4인치 사이즈의 와이드 온도 사양과 광시야각 제품 그리고 8.4인치 와이드 온도 사양에 광시야각 제품을 소개하고 있습니다. 아울러 바타입의 3.9인치 제품과 MIPI 인터페이스 기반의 3.5인치 제품 마지막으로 라운드 타입의 해상도 1.28인치 광시야각 사양품을 소개합니다. 많은 관심 부탁 드립니다. 

    1. [RFM1040G Series] 10.4" Wide Temperature 1024x768 IPS LVDS TFT Display

    RFM1040G series is a 10.4-inch, IPS TFT LCD module with transmissive mode. The resolution is 1024x768 pixels and the aspect ratio is 4:3. The module features wide viewing angle (80/80/80/80 min) thanks to the IPS panel which is one of the most popular techniques on the market now. This TFT display module supports LVDS Interface (Low Voltage Differential Signaling).

    LCM voltage ranges from 3V-3.6V ; typical value is 3.3V. It also features high contrast and wide temperature , providing contrast ratio (typical value) 1,000:1, Works within temperature range from-30 to +80℃, Storage Temperature covers from-30 to +80℃.

    2. [RFM08400A Series] 8.4" Wide Temperature 1024x768 IPS LVDS TFT Display

    RFM08400A series is a 8.4-inch, IPS TFT LCD module with transmissive mode. The resolution is 1024x768 pixels and the aspect ratio is 4:3. The module features wide viewing angle (80/80/80/80) thanks to the IPS panel which is one of the most popular techniques on the market now.

    This TFT display uses ST5821AH and ST5084AA driver IC which supports LVDS Interface (Low Voltage Differential Signaling). It features high contrast, providing contrast ratio (typical value) 1,000: 1. LCM voltage ranges from 3V-3.6V ; typical value is 3.3V. The module works within wide temperature range from-30 to +80℃,Storage Temperature covers from-30 to +80℃.

    3. [RFS390E Series] 3.9" Bar Type 480x128 Wide Temperature IPS TFT Display

     

    RFS390E series is a bar type, 3.9-inch, IPS TFT LCD module with transmissive mode. Its resolution is 480x128 pixels. The module features wide viewing angle thanks to the IPS panel which is one of the most popular techniques on the market now. This 3.9-inch bar type TFT LCD display module has built-in IC SC7283 supporting 24-bit RGB interface. LCM voltage ranges from 3V-3.6V. The module works within wide temperature range from-30 to +85℃,Storage Temperature covers from-30 to +85℃.

    4. [RFI350U Series] 3.5" MIPI 320x480 IPS TFT Display

    RFI350U series is a 3.5-inch, vertical/portrait IPS TFT Display. Its resolution is 320×480 pixels. This TFT display module uses IPS screen which allows users to see the display clearly at wider angles (80/80/80/80 degree) which is one of the most popular techniques on the market now.

    This 3.5-inch TFT module has driver IC ILI9488 supporting 1-lane MIPI interface. The power supply voltage (typical value) is 1.8/2.8V. The module works within the temperature -20 to+70℃, storage temperature covers from-30 to+80℃.

    5.[RFA401280B-AYW-DNN] 1.28" Circular 240x240 IPS TFT LCD Display

    RFA401280B-AYW-DNN is a 1.28-inch, IPS 240x240 Circular TFT LCD Display with transmissive mode. The module dimension is 35.6x37.74 mm; active area 32.4x32.4 mm. Its resolution is 240x240 pixels. The module features wide viewing angle thanks to the IPS panel which is one of the most popular techniques on the market now. This 240x240 Circular TFT display module has built-in IC GC9A01 supporting SPI interface. The brightness is 400 cd/m2 with contrast ratio 1,000:1 and viewing angle 80/80/80/80. LCM voltage ranges from 2.8V-3.3V, typical value is 3.0V. The module works within wide temperature range from -20 to +70℃,Storage Temperature covers from -30 to +80℃.
